MORPHEUS 8 RF Microneedling

Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a minimally invasive
treatment that helps rejuvenate, clear and smooth out the skin. The area is cleaned and 3 different skin boosters are applied: growth factor, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Next the Microneedling RF machine is applied
with small, fine needles to create tiny punctures on the skin with
a stamping motion. Needle depth can vary from 0.5 to 3 mm depending upon area of skin and condition that is being treated. This procedure helps stimulate the collagen and sends signals to the
skin to repair itself. This results in improved texture and elasticity. Radio
Frequency is the energy being delivered into the skin while the microneedling
is happening. This allows the skin heal itself much faster and delivers quicker results. We can also customize this treatment with Platelet Rich Plasma for better results.

Topical numbing cream is applied before the treatment to make treatment
comfortable. Usually 2 - 4 such treatments are required for results.

We recommend a minimum of 2 Microneedling RF Sessions. After your 2nd  session
we schedule a follow up to see if any more are needed!

Is there downtime/ recovery time with
microneedling?

AfteRr Morpheus8 RF treatment, you are red for about 24 hours and
the experience a little bit of dryness for a couple of days. Your downtime can
vary depending on how aggressive we decide to do the treatment.

 How often can I get Microneedling with Radio Frequency?

We space your treatment 4-6 weeks apart.

What other treatments can I do while
doing Microneedling with Radio
Frequency?

We recommend other treatments are put on hold excluding calming or
hydrating facials during your series of treatment. If you have botox or fillers,
we must wait 2 weeks before during treatment.

How do I know if Microneedling with
Radio Frequency is not for me?

We cannot do Microneedling with Radio Frequency if you are or have:

  • Pregnant or breast feeding

  • On Accutane

  • Severe active acne

  • Impaired immune system

  • Skin Cancer (previously or currently)

  • On blood thinners

  • Skin Disorders

  • Electronic Implants Metal plate in treatment area
